How Do I Connect To Headset Via Dutchie POS?
Headset and Dutchie's integration is a very straightforward API connection. Please reach out to Dutchie Support ([email protected]) to request an API Key be issued for your Headset connection.
Dutchie does have inventory room sharing settings available for any partner you connect with. The recommendation for Headset is to share all inventory rooms, so that our dashboards we offer for inventory and reordering can be as accurate as possible. However, if you have inventory rooms for samples, returns, etc that you do not wish to be included in reporting within your Retailer account, feel free to use the following format to make your API Request from the Dutchie team:

2. Location 2
3. Location 3
In addition to provisioning the key(s), please ensure that Headset has access to the following inventory rooms, and that these rooms are enabled as "eCommerce Rooms":

Once the API key(s) have been obtained, please email the store name, address, and corresponding API key to [email protected]. The Support Team will get your store(s) set up and confirm with you via email when the connection is complete.
