How Do I Connect To Headset Via BioTrack?

 

Headset has a unique connection to BioTrack. To complete this connection, a call will need to be scheduled with the Headset Support team. 

During this call, the Support Team will utilize TeamViewer to download Headset and make the connection.  This call needs to be completed with a dispensary contact who has permission to create new users in the BioTrack system. There are two versions of this integration, both of which require this TeamViewer session and call. 

BioTrack AWS (Cloud Services): 
Headset Support will schedule a phone call and TeamViewer session with the dispensary contact. During this call, a user will be set up in BioTrack and a few credentials from the BioTrack instance will be gathered to complete the connection on the Headset side of things. 

BioTrack On-Prem (Server computer on site): 
Headset Support will schedule a phone call and TeamViewer session with the dispensary contact. For this call, the dispensary contact will need to conduct the TeamViewer session on the Server computer that's in store. During the call, a user will be set up in the BioTrack system, and Headset will be installed to make the connection to BioTrack.
