To connect to Headset via Greenline, please reach out to [email protected] and provide the list of store names and addresses for the locations you wish to get connected.
Once our Support Team has received this information, they will get your account set up in our systems. Next, the Greenline Support team will be added to the email thread to ask that they sync the store's data and begin pushing that information to us.
An authorized dispensary contact will need to be included on this email. Greenline Support will ask to get approval for this request before they begin syncing the data with Headset.
Once Greenline Support has received consent from the dispensary contact, they will set up the store sync and data will begin flowing into your Headset account.
