How Do I Connect To Headset Via Cova?

 

Cova has a two-step process for connecting with Headset. When requesting an API connection to Headset through the Cova team, they will ask that the dispensary contact signs a consent form, via Docusign and provide written approval to the Cova Support Team. 

The process can be kicked off in 2 different ways: 

1. Reach out to your Headset Sales Representative to ask that they get the Cova Consent form sent over to you via DocuSign. Once signed, the consent form will come to Headset Support automatically and they will get that off to the Cova team. The dispensary contact should then expect to get an email from the Cova team getting that second, written approval for Headset. 

 

or 

 

2. The dispensary contact can reach out to Cova directly to ask for a connection to Headset. The Cova Team will then work directly with the dispensary contact to obtain the signed consent form and approval. 

 

When the steps for consent are complete, Cova then sends Headset Support an onboarding package that includes the API Key we need to connect the store(s) signing up.
