How Do I Connect To Headset Via Korona?

 

Headset and Korona's integration process is a simple one. The connection to Headset can be kicked off in one of the two following ways: 

1. Reach out to [email protected] with the store names and addresses for the locations you wish to connect. Headset Support will then add the Korona Support team to the email thread to ask for the credentials for each store to get connected. 

Korona Support will ask that the dispensary contact provide authorization for the request on this email. Once received - the Korona Support Team will send over the following credentials to connect the store(s). 

 

  • Username
  • Password
  • Korona Account ID

 

Headset Support will then get the store(s) connected. 


Or 

2. The dispensary contact can reach out to the Korona Team directly to make this request. Once Korona issues the credentials for Headset, the dispensary contact should forward those over to [email protected] along with the store names and addresses for the locations that need to be connected.
