How Do I Connect To Headset Via KlickTrack POS?
When connecting to Headset via KlickTrack, the Retail contact sets up the data sync from within the KlickTrack system. Before the setup can begin, Headset does need to provide the Retail Contact with an "API Key" for the sync.
The Retail Contact should email [email protected] to let the Support team know they wish to set up their Headset connection via KlickTrack. The Support Team will set up the account and generate the API Key(s) needed for the data sync.
Once the Retail Contact has these IDs, please follow the below link to request the Headset connection from the KlickTrack Team:
