How Do I Connect To Headset Via GrowFlow POS?

 

Connecting via GrowFlow requires an email thread between Headset Support, GrowFlow Support, and the Retail Contact. 

Please reach out to [email protected] and advise that you wish to connect via GrowFlow. From there, Headset's Support team will put the GrowFlow API support team on the thread. 

Headset Support will ask the GrowFlow Support team to enable our access. The Retail Contact will then need to provide the GrowFlow team with authorization for the request on that thread. 

Once Headset's access is granted, the Headset Support team will need to get the URL they see when logged into the GrowFlow system from the Retail Contact. From there, Headset Support will get to work setting up the store connections and the account. 

If there are any questions for the GrowFlow team about this process, they advise clients to use their chat bubble in the lower right corner of the screen when logged into GrowFlow.
