How Do I Connect To Headset Via Alleaves POS?
Connecting via Alleaves requires an email thread between Headset Support, Alleaves Support, and the Retail Contact.
Please reach out to [email protected] and advise that you wish to connect via Alleaves. From there, Headset's Support team will put the Alleaves API support team on the thread.
Headset Support will ask the Alleaves Support team for API credentials to connect the Retailer to Headset. The Retail Contact will then need to provide the Alleaves team with authorization for the request on that thread.
Once the API credentials have been issued by the Alleaves team, Headset Support will get to work setting up the store(s) and account.
