Metadata Comparison

About this Dashboard

What Is It?

The Metadata Comparison dashboard in Headset is designed to help you compare attributes with one another. Here, you can analyze selected attributes to identify which ones have higher sales, are experiencing growth, and which brands dominate in each category.

There are various Metadata attributes available for different product categories. Currently, the following attributes are accessible:

  • Flavor
  • Strain
  • Vapor Pen Hardware Type
  • Multi-Pack Flag
  • Number of Servings
  • Capsule Type
  • CBD Flag
  • CBG Flag
  • CBN Flag
  • Vapor Pen Extraction Type

Not every product will have metadata assigned; some may be listed as 'Unknown.' This typically occurs when a product lacks discernable attributes in the product name as entered at the point of sale.

Why Would You Need This?

Understanding this data can provide valuable insights for deciding which products to develop and sell next. For instance, if you're a flower producer, you may want to assess how certain core strains have performed in the market over time to inform your decisions regarding future plant cultivation.
