About this Dashboard

What is it?

The Team Performance dashboard enables you to evaluate your team's or individual employees' performance across different categories, brands, vendors, package sizes, or product names. Additionally, you can use this dashboard to review each employee's average discount across categories and identify those who consistently record customer information, including gender, age, referral source, and customer key.

Why would you want this?

This dashboard will help address these critical questions:

  • Who is leading in sales for a particular category?
  • Is there an employee offering more discounts than others in a specific category?
  • Are all members of your sales team consistently collecting referral source data?

Budtenders' Contribution to Sales

The visual below offers a clear representation of each sales staff member's impact on revenue or basket count categorized by product category. Use this chart to identify any significant deviations, which may indicate a need for additional training or an opportunity to recognize outstanding team members.

Budtenders and Discounting Across Selected Product Summarize By

Utilize this visualization to pinpoint employees who may be applying more discounts than their peers. For instance, if Seth consistently offers a higher percentage discount (calculated as the sum of discount divided by the sum of the base price) in the Tincture & Sublingual category, it's essential to investigate further. Seth might have made more sales in this category, which could explain the overall higher discount amount. Alternatively, Seth might be offering excessive discounts when it's not warranted. Further analysis can be conducted using the Discount Utilization dashboard.

% of Baskets with Information Completed by Table

This dashboard allows you to assess the consistency of your sales staff in collecting customer information, such as referral sources. If you aim to track the return on investment (ROI) of your referral sources for your business, it's essential to ensure that your sales staff captures this information during the checkout process (refer to the “% of Baskets with Referral Source” below). You can explore further insights about your Referral Sources in our Marketing module.
