The Suggested Connections side panel displays a list of potential retail connections that carry your product that you aren’t yet connected to in Bridge. Stores that are all in for Bridge will be marked as Pre-Approved ✔ meaning the retailer has already given the OK to connect 🙌 Stores are organized by revenue so your most valuable connections are at the top.
How to Find & Use Suggested Connections / Quick Add:
- Login to Headset
- Navigate to Bridge
- Scroll down the left side navigation menu until you see the MANAGE module
- Use the < to open the module
- Click on Manage Accounts
- Suggested Connections / Quick Add will default to auto show when you open this page
- Select Invite to notify Headset Support & the retailer that you'd like to connect
- Sit back & wait for the connection process to be completed.
How to Show / Hide Suggested Connections:
- Click anywhere on the screen to exit out of Suggested Connections.
- Bring them back by clicking on Quick Add in the upper right hand corner.
- Toggle "Auto Show" off if you don't want the pop up everytime you log in.

How are the connections organized?
Suggested connections are organized by pre-approved then highest to lowest revenue so the stores are the top are your easy connections driving the most revenue for your brand. Request to connect stores are then organized by reveneue highest to lowest.
What is a Pre-Approved Connection ✔?
These stores accept all Bridge invitations without requiring individual pre authorization. You may have heard a Headsetter referring to these retailers as "auto-connects." Please make sure to still chat with your retail partners when you connect with them to find out how many weeks of inventory they prefer to have on hand and other data you might need to complete re-orders.
How long does it take to get data once I invite a Pre-Approved ✔ retailer?
Headset Support will review your Brand Assortment your team provided with onboarding & cross reference it with entries in the retailer's POS. Once they've completed the review it can take up to 4-6hrs for the retailer's data to load into your system. Connections requested outside of support hours (Monday to Friday 7am-5pm PT) will be started the following business day. There is nothing we can do to speed up the data load time so please request stores at least 48-72hrs before you need to submit your order.
What if my retailer is not Pre-Approved ✔?
No worries - the system will send an invitation to the managers, admins or Bridge approver on the retailers side. We recommend giving your contact a heads up when you send the request so they don't miss the email.
What if my retailer isn't in the list?
Invite them via Invite Accounts OR send them to connect via a personalized email with the Bridge Connect form & ask them to fill out your brand name so we know to link them to your subscription.
What if I'm at my store limit?
