Leafly Partnership - Syncing Your Live Menu via BioTrack

Menu sync setup and functionality: Headset has partnered with Leafly to provide live menus for BioTrack users. We act as the middleman to pass your BioTrack data through to Leafly for a live, synced menu. 
 

Synced Items Overview

Once set up, you will be able to sync the following items.

Items that will sync to Leafly’s front end →

  • Menu Categories (dependent on retailer input)
  • Pricing
  • Item Name
  • Strain Name
  • Brand Name
  • Inventory Level
  • THC + CBD Information

 

Items that will not sync to Leafly’s front end → 

  • Images (these can be manually uploaded in Biz / on Menu Manager)
  • Enable Pick-Up on Items (this can be manually updated in Biz / on Menu Manager)

 

Headset Store ID 
During the setup of your synced menu, Leafly will ask you for a Headset ID. Headset Support ([email protected]) can help to generate this Store ID for you. If the ID isn't discussed during the BioTrack integration with Headset, please ask the support rep to generate and send that to you. 

 

Leafly Setup

1. Accessing the Integration Settings

  • Open your web browser and sign in to Leafly Biz → https://business.leafly.com
  • Navigate to the left side panel, and click on the 'Settings' arrow
  • A drop-down will appear. Select the 'Integrations' option.

 

 

2. Integration Setup

To get started, click on the Connect my POS option once on the Integration Settings page:

 

 

3. From the drop-down selection, choose the option: Biotrack via Headset. Select 'continue to next step' to proceed to the next screen:

 

4. Enter your Biotrack via Headset Credentials and click 'test connection' to confirm that the API credentials are valid. You’ll need to enter a valid Headset Store ID to successfully connect.

Once you’ve successfully tested your credentials, click 'continue to next step'

 



5. Click 'acknowledge and accept' to accept the Data Override Warning and complete the sync process on Leafly Biz.


 

 

6. You will be taken back to the POS Settings page with a success message in the upper right corner and POS Status of Connected. Your POS menu data will now begin to pass to Leafly.


At all times, you can preview your connection status from your Integrations Page, along with the number of items and last sync period:
