The Segmentation File dashboard is available to all Retailer Premium customers. It can be found under the "Customer Segmentation" section in the left navigation menu.

How do I use this dashboard?

This dashboard allows you to see a list of customers in any one particular segment and some statistics about their behavior. You can export this list as a CSV for usage as a contact list for whatever Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) platform you are using. Exporting data
 

Hover over the top right corner of the "Customer List" table until you see three dots. Click them and then click "Download Data"

 

Select your desired File Format. Be sure to select "All Results" under "Limit" if there are more than 500 customers in this segment.
