Customer Revenue and Trips

About this Dashboard

What Is It?

This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of the average customer value. Here, you can analyze the number of customers based on their frequency of visits within the selected time period. This insight allows you to identify which customer segments contribute significantly to your revenue.

Why Would You Want This?

Similar to other marketing dashboards, this tool helps you create targeted promotions and understand the customer cohorts that drive a substantial portion of your revenue. Use this dashboard to benchmark the current status of your customer segments and revisit it to evaluate the effectiveness of your promotional strategies. For example, you can assess if more females aged 56-65 have visited your store more frequently since running a capsule-focused campaign.

Histogram of Customers and Revenues

This visualization illustrates how much revenue is generated by customers who make 4-6 trips to your store compared to those who visit once or twice. Encouraging customers to visit your store multiple times within a 30 - 90-day period increases their chances of making additional purchases and becoming more familiar with your store. While there may be fewer customers in the 4-6 trip category (indicated by the light blue bar), the total sales from this group are higher (dark blue bar). This suggests that customers in this trip range tend to spend more.

Breakdown of Customer Groups by Number of Trips in Period

The visualization below is based on filter criteria for the last 90 days, specifically for females of any age group. This analysis helps you identify which age groups make up the majority of different trip categories. The 1 trip category has been excluded to focus on customers who have visited more than once in recent months. Notably, female millennials are frequenting your store either twice or 7 to 9 times. For further analysis of this cohort, consider using other marketing modules like Product Purchase Behavior to understand their purchasing preferences.
