Bridge: Sending Connection Requests to your Retail Partners

Do you want to add a new store to your Bridge subscription? To do this you can:

 

  1. Log in to Headset

  2. Go to Bridge > Manage > Manage Accounts

  3. Click on the "Invite" tab

  4. Click on "Invite Account"

  5. Enter in your Retail Partner's Store Name and select the location name from the drop down list, include your recipient name & email - you'll need to send 1 per location

  6. Optional: you can send this article to your retail contact so they know how to accept the invites: https://help.headset.io/kb/article/110-accepting-vendor-invitations-to-connect/ 

 

* For Retailers already connected to Headset, invitations take up to 24 business to get to your contact. This delay allows time for our support team to set up the back end connections required for the data to flow from the retail POS to your Bridge subscription.

 

* If your retailer is NOT currently connected to Headset, their name may still appear in the drop down menu (i.e. Headset is aware of their operation but not actively connected to their POS). In this case, Headset will send an email to your retailer inviting them to connect to our FREE retail software. You can also reach out to support@headset.io or the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen for assistance in getting a new store connected.
