Do you want to add a new store to your Bridge subscription? To do this you can:

Log in to Headset

Go to Bridge > Manage > Manage Accounts

Click on the "Invite" tab

Click on "Invite Account"

Enter your Retail Partner's Store Name and select the location name from the drop-down list, include your recipient name & email - you'll need to send 1 per store location the group has.
**Please note that you do need to select the store from the drop down that populates there when you begin typing the company name - what populates there are stores that are in Headset's internal system. If you don't choose the location from the drop down, the invite may end up in a limbo of sorts, where the connection cannot be made to the store/record and data source we have on file for them **

* For Retailers already connected to Headset, invitations take up to 24 hours to get to the contact person you entered on the invitation. This delay allows time for our support team to set up the back-end linking to your brand data required for the data to flow from the retail POS to your Bridge connection with them.
* If your retailer is NOT currently connected to Headset, their name may still appear in the drop-down menu (i.e. Headset is aware of their operation but not actively connected to their POS). In this case, Headset will send an email to your retailer inviting them to connect to our FREE retail software. You can also reach out to [email protected] or the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen for assistance in getting a new store connected.
